Development Process of Bed is as follows:-

·         Design:- Include the client requirement that what type of bedroom he needed whether single or double bed which kind of wood require for bed depend on customer price. Wood cutting: - Desire shape is provided to wood by the carpenter according to client.

·         Framing and nailing: - Proper tools are used and then a frame is prepared with nails in it to join the different parts of wood.

·         Plying: - It gives furniture shiny look depend on the color is preferred by customer according to room.

·         Form cutting: - With the advancement in technology everyone wants in built mattresses for bed regarding these forms are prepared according to shape and size of bed.

·         Measurement and leather: - Leathers are used to cover the forms so cutting the leather according to the form size in order to prevent the form from dust and any other particle.

   Sewing: - Finally sewing is done to the leather with form. 

    Then a blanket with of suitable color is placed on it, which is according to the room color.
